- Messaging: support for messaging standards providing V2C outcomes
- Vehicle Gateway: definitions for vehicle gateways acting in V2C capacities (TCU, domain gateways, etc).
Assumptions
The Vehicle to Cloud (V2C) working group assumes that a viable Vehicle to Network (V2N) connection has been established.

SAE GATS1/GATS2 - Global Automotive Telematics Standard AEM/AEMP - FIXME - I assume this refers to AEMP 2.0 (ISO 15143-3). Is there something different we should look at.
